Job Description The Collier Companies is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our HQ team to keep track and take charge of a wide variety of duties and responsibilities. We are seeking a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multitask, who is comfortable working independently and with senior management teams. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal, written and computer skills with expert knowledge of MS Office and Entrata computer programs. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: -At least 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant -Some knowledge of real estate, specifically property management, is strongly preferred -Superior Excel skills, will work weekly with reports/spreadsheets and budgets -Commitment to a high degree of confidentiality -Strong multi-tasking skills -Extremely organized with an eye for detail -Adaptable and flexible to changing work demands -Capable of working independently -Ability to problem solve with customer service skills -Excellent follow-up skills a must -Knowledge of Entrata Program is a plus!
