Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to their COO.

Key Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant include:

Schedule and organize executive meetings, global and regional extended staff meetings
Coordinate priorities in correspondence, meetings and activities
Manage executive calendars and appointments
Manage complex international travel arrangements and coordinate with calendars
Manage expense reports
Prepare presentations and materials
Prepare highly confidential material
Develop correspondence, prepare reports and coordinate special projects and plans
Follow-up activities necessary to see projects or assignments to completion
Manage time and projects independently
Provide direction and leadership to direct report(s), maintaining trust and confidentiality while fostering a team environment
Provide developmental coaching, performance reviews and compensation recommendations for direct report(s)

Job Requirements:
Executive Assistant Position Qualifications include:

C-level Executive Assistant experience.
B.S. degree or higher in an administrative or related field OR equivalent mix of education and experience in an administrative support position
5 or more years experience in an executive administrative support position, or equivalent mix of education and experience
Minimum of two or more years experience leading people
