Robert Half is looking for an Executive Assistant to support multiple Senior Level Executives in the Finance Department of a dynamic organization in downtown Baltimore, MD.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements by accepting and declining meetings and appointments on behalf of executive.
Coordinate travel arrangements including air, car rentals and hotel.
Prepare expense reports and invoices for payment.
Create presentations, reports and spreadsheets.
Coordinate meetings and conferences including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics such as room reservations, meals, transportation, and equipment, securing outside presenters, and preparing handouts and other support materials.
Draft, proofread and edit documents on behalf of executive.
Disseminate information via telephone, mail services, websites and email.
Organize and coordinate executive outreach efforts and external relations.
Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting c-level executives.
Experience coming from the financial industry or legal industry.
Associates Degree highly preferred, Bachelors is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proper grammar, professional writing and the ability to connect and communicate effectively with a diverse range of internal associates and external business partners.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
Ability to be resourceful in researching issues, solving problems, and offering creating solutions.
Team oriented philosophy with experience supporting multiple team members and working collaboratively with peers.
Track record in demonstrating initiative and motivation, working independently and holding him/herself accountable for high levels of performance with minimal supervision.
Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team.
