Our North Dallas Commercial Real-Estate client is seeking an upbeat Executive Assistant to support the President of the company!


Responsibilities:

  • Preparing reports, memos, invoices, and other documents
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review
  • Assisting in creating presentations for the board of directors, committees, and executives
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Helping to prepare executives for meetings
  • Greeting visitors when needed
  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and time sensitive emails and distributing them as needed
  • Making travel arrangements for executives
  • Managing a records database
  • Supervising and coordinating office duties as assigned



Job Requirements:

  • Upbeat attitude
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • 2-4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
