Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree or relevant working experience
Minimum of 5 years experience supporting C-level executive
5-10+ years experience supporting C-level executive preferred

Key skills/capabilities:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office environment - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, as well as Outlook and Teams; experience with meeting technology (i.e. Skype, Zoom)
Strong communication, listening skills
High degree of professionalism (always using care and discretion)
Strong work ethic and highly organized; ability to manage multiple, competing priorities; able to handle pressure well and take direction
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain good working relationships and work productively with others in a team environment
Flexibility with work hours


Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities:
Manage complex and dynamic daily schedule including last minute changes
Act as point of contact and gatekeeper
Handle logistics of detailed travel itinerary and keep Director updated on any and all changes; provide support while traveling including being available outside of regular work hours
Complete accurate expense reports in a timely fashion
Manage and maintain team SharePoint site
Prepare and distribute documents in conjunction with and/or on behalf of Director
Effectively coordinate with other assistants to create continuity for Director no matter location
50% Assisting Director, 50% Receptionist responsibilities
