A successful real estate investment firm is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Executive Assistant/Office Manager to add to their team. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple executives as well as managing the front desk including fielding and routing calls and greeting guests. The role will also manage the daily operations of the office as a whole including vendor relations and office inventory along with handling bookkeeping. The salary for this role is $60-70k and is a great opportunity for a detailed and driven individual.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • Provide administrative support to multiple senior executives
  • Manage busy calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain agendas
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and invoices
  • Assist with bookkeeping and reconciling financials
  • Field and route calls and inquiries to appropriate party with discretion
  • Manage office inventory and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
  • Manage and update company website and online databases
  • Coordinate and execute company wide events, functions, and promotional materials
  • Additional tasks and projects as needed


Job Requirements:

Requirements of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • 5-10 year s administrative office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to work independently with little direction
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Collaborative, positive attitude with eagerness to learn and assist where needed
