A technology company focused in the healthcare market is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant/Office Manager to add to their team. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will support the CEO and work out of their office located in the western suburbs. This position will be a 4-month, long term role and will pay $17-19/hr.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • Manage CEO s calendar and schedule meetings accordingly
  • Administer and oversee ad hoc HR functions
  • Correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
  • Manage facilities and operations of new office space build out.
  • Manage office equipment; act as IT liaison

Job Requirements:

Requirements of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred
  • 3+ years administrative experience required
  • Experience in facilities, operations, or property management strongly preferred
  • Experience in healthcare technology strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail

The Executive Assistant/Office Manager is a 4-month, temporary position.
