LinQuest is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to join our team at Peterson AFB or Schriever--AFB.-- The Senior Executive Assistant will--support the stand up of US Space Command. The ideal candidates will have 10+ years--- experience supporting senior level officers and/or government civilians and be able to work in a high ops tempo environment.-- -- Responsibilities: Maintain responsibility for organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling for a senior level officer or civilianPerform a variety of complex and routine administrative and secretarial duties with minimal or no supervision and in compliance with written and oral guidance and policies, execute independent decisions within established guidelines and perform a full range of administrative services, including organizing a travel schedule, heavy calendar organization and management, such as making appointments, scheduling meetings, and completing expense reportsAssist the executives with managing and prioritizing the daily workload around emerging fire drills, including preparing meeting materials, maintaining continuity of office in the executive's absence, and overseeing and managing processesApply detailed knowledge of the government---s operations, organizational procedures, and personnel, and serve as a team player within the officeBe responsive and interactive with other administrative and leadership teamsLeverage network and resources to accomplish objectives effectively, participate in or lead initiatives, as needed, and take the initiative to improve operations and office conditions within established government guidelinesDisplay and execute intent for self-improvement, pay strict attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establish priorities, and meet all deadlines -- Required Skills / Experience: High Scohool Diploma or GED10+ years of experience with providing executive-level administrative support in a large, business and or military environment Experience with managing very busy executive calendars, making domestic and international travel arrangements, and managing expense reports Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook at an expert level Be self-motivated, work independently, collaborate as part of a team to achieve office goals, and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to proofread for grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy Ability to interact effectively with internal and external senior-level executives and their assistants in a professional manner and be proactive in anticipating government and administrative needs US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance is required to be considered for the position -- -- Preferred Skills / Experience: Experience with providing senior executive-level support in a military/government environment Experience with SharePoint site management Experience with DoD, Intelligence, and Space customers -- We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, we are committed to providing a work environment that values and respects each Team Member as an individual and important member of our culturally diverse organization.
