Exciting start-up based in downtown Manhattan seeks an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support the CEO
Pay: $25-30/hr DOE
-Manage the CEO s calendar and schedule, coordinate meetings and prepare meeting notes
-Answer incoming calls, take messages and return calls where appropriate
-Prepare monthly expense reports
-First point of contact for all employees and external inquiries
-Send emails on the CEO s behalf
-Ability to work 5-6 days/week
-Ability to travel domestically and internationally (about 2-3 times/month)
-Strong communication skills
-Experience supporting a c-suite executive
