Job Description
Summary of Position:
Dustin Construction Inc., is looking for a highly motivated, qualified, team player, to assist our project teams in the workforce development compliance component of our projects and perform additional administrative tasks as assigned. This position is primarily assigned to the Ijamsville, MD office with occasional project site visits as deemed necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up project Business to Government account with subcontractor information to monitor receipt of payments.
Set up and enroll in Owner insurance program software for Company and Subcontractors at beginning of project. Then maintain program compliance with regular follow-up.
Use software program to be determined by Owner to track, monitor and manage subcontractor compliance with certified payroll.
Create, monitor, and maintain Workforce Development Tracking spreadsheet using certified payroll reports.
Submit monthly and quarterly Workforce Development reports to project Owner Representatives.
Create, monitor, and maintain subcontractor Job Commitments and Skills Requirements spreadsheets. Create and accurately maintain City Resident Hours spreadsheet by subcontractor through entire project life cycle.
Submit required daily reports through project Owner share link.
Reporting and tracking of subcontractor COI submission.
Creation and maintenance of subcontractor background check approval log.
Directly interfacing via telephone, email, and in-person meetings with subcontractors to guarantee compliance with above listed project duties.
Complete tasks as assigned by team Project Manager, Human Resources, and Executive Management.

Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor s degree in business or related field. (Required)
Expert level user with Microsoft Excel. (Required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledgeable of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
Ability to understand and follow directions.
Demonstrated ability to follow-up and complete tasks within required time frames.
Ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, stay organized, and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate with others outside the organization and represent the organization to customers, the public, and other external sources.
Ability to provide accurate information to supervisors, coworkers, and clients in a timely manner.
Must have valid driver s license and transportation.
