Cold Front Distribution, a leading DSD supplier, provides products to grocery and retail supply chains with a 10-state regional geography. Quality and precision drive our sales and service teams as we leverage every effort to optimize purchase, flow, sale and service of the most recognized national and regional brands of Ice Cream, Frozen Pizza and Frozen Prepared Foods in the industry.

We are looking for a Full TimeCustomer Satisfaction Specialist to work out of our Westminster office that can perform the essential duties that include but are not limited;

Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPI s) for as assigned by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Answers all customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and resourceful manner and escalates to the appropriate personnel as required.

Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or charitable causes. Solicit orders for goods and services over the telephone and enter into the computer system.

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

Monitor the team s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

Assist in the preparation, organizing, and dispersal of promotional materials.

Explain the product or service to potential customers

Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer and adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals

Provide pricing details and handle customer questions

Obtain customer information including names and addresses

Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered. Record customer details and details of transaction

Receive orders over the telephone and input order details into the computer system

Confirm orders placed with field sales representatives

Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers

Conduct customer and marketing surveys

Process EDI orders for transmission

Perform special projects and assignments as requested.

Complete daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.

Perform in the duty of back up for the front desk person.

Additional duties as assigned.

Salary is $17.00 per hour.Benefits including vacation, PTO, sick, medical, dental, vision, life and Short Term/Long Term disability are available after a 60-day waiting period (1st of the following month).We offer a 401k Retirement package that is available after a 6-month waiting period and the company currently is matching 50% of what you want to contribute, up to 6%.
