Coordinate and manage CEO s business, social and personal projects and activities.

Facilitate communication and act as liaison to management team, Partners, investors and brokers.

Manage calendar, scheduling and logistics for appointments, meetings and conferences.

Monitor financial and research information.

Administer 401K Plan and Flexible Savings Accounts

Handle HR responsibilities such as on-boarding, exit procedures benefits enrollment and administration.

Plan and organize events.

Manage billing, reconcile accounts and track expenses.

Wide range of high-level administrative responsibilities.

Perfect for independent self-starter with strong sense of integrity and confidentiality. Selection of insurance packages and 10% to 20% bonus.
