Job Description: Do you have experience supporting high level executives and are looking for a new excellent opportunity!? We have a need for someone who can assist the President of the company, printing out his e-mails and executing his direction on each one. Managing his calendar, including all meetings, travel arrangements, Skype meetings, and preparing Power Point presentations. Pays $24-30 per hour DOE 1. Top level executive assistant experience in a manufacturing firm, handling highly confidential info. 2. Able to interface with all levels of organization with pleasant attitude/demeanor. 3. High level of patience to assist senior executive with organizing/prioritizing work tasks, calendar, reminders of meetings. Executive somewhat "old school" but wants to use computer as well. 4. Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 5. Able to multi-task, able to track executive's calendar, anticipate what he needs and ask appropriate questions when no direction is given. 3-7+ years of C-Level Executive Administrative Experience. Strong Microsoft Office Skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Advanced Outlook Skills. Ability to interface with all levels of executives including C-Level management. Advanced business acumen.
