The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of general administrative supports to ensure that all the program and services systems of the company to operate effectively.
The Executive Assistant provides daily administrative assistance to the CEO, COO, CFO and Program Services Coordinators.
The Executive Assistant is supervised by the CEO and is a direct liaison for the CEO.

  • Minimum of (3) years administrative assistance/support experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Acrobat and Outlook. Office 365 knowledge a plus
  • Must be able to work on multiple tasks productively
  • Must have an exceptional work ethic and willingness to recognize undone tasks and perform those tasks w/o constant direction. Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to work as part of a much larger team with a mature and positive mindset

  • Provide daily administrative assistance to the CEO
  • Submit application, renew and maintain current licenses for ALL licensed program services with the State of LA.
  • Maintain a current census of program participant master roster. Supply monthly census report to CEO.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all programs, facilities, vendors, administrative services and for general record keeping
  • Type and send routine correspondence with CEO signature as needed
  • Ensure that all contracts for services are renewed annually
  • Complete monthly data reports for board meetings (investigations, census, etc..
  • Organize and take minutes for all Board of Commissioner meetings, Human Right Committee meetings and other executive meetings as needed. Prepare official minutes of meetings for approval.
  • Compile and mail the monthly board packets to each commissioner
  • Post notice of Board Meetings and minutes monthly
  • Communicate with Board members as needed Post needed documents for publication Conduct quality assurance/enhancement audits for each community home at least quarterly
  • Accepting additional duties not listed in order to provider administrative support where needed
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule around meetings and events
